Commercial Projects

Along with flawless investment and residential homes, Stirling Homes Queensland also do commercial projects. We are happy to look at any plans to quote on commercial jobs. For our tendering process we require a minimum of 7 days notice for all jobs. All jobs must be assessed on site with the relative officials before quoting & plans must be clear and concise.

Our most recent commercial project is the Tiaro Shire Community Centre & Library Building.

The building consists of a modern, accessible library with kid’s resource centre and computer room. The community area showcases a large board room with 3 separate offices and kitchen. This centre is also home of the Tiaro radio station 107.1 FM, where a training program has been setup to teach children about radio and broadcast.

This project is an initiative of the Tiaro Shire Council and the building is an asset to the community. We enjoyed completing this project and all time-frames, budgets and guidelines were met and exceeded beyond the customer’s satisfaction.
